I purchased this camera from someone selling it online. This was her Dad's camera. It had been sitting on a shelf for several years before she decided to sell it. The shutter release was locked up. I used an expired roll of film to work the shutter release mechanism several times. These cameras require film to be inserted in order to wind up the shutter spring. Eventually, everything started working.
